⚠️Snowl boxes are free! However, due to system limitations, you may find that the price difference between shipping with a Snowl box and shipping without a Snowl box is higher than the cost of the Snowl box when selecting your shipping order. This allows you to claim the box for free.
⚠️Please separate your orders into two separate orders: [Packaging Order] & [Shipping Order], as the shipping information will be different.
Shipping with suitcase
If you're using suitcase, please must:
Step 1: writing "Reference Number" & "Box Number" on a A4 size paper
Step 2: using adhesive tape to wrap around the label so it is secured
Step 3: using kitchen cling film to wrap the whole suitcase at least 3 layers.
This is to prevent the shipping label fallen off from the suitcase surface.
We'll not be holding any responsibility of losting and compensation if the above 3 steps have not been followed.
Pick-Up Time
Standard (SD) - 9am~5pm
Morning (AM) - 9am~1pm (extra £10.00 /trip)
Afternoon (PM) - 12pm~5pm (extra £10.00 /trip)
Timed (TM) - 1 hour window of your choice (extra £40.00 /trip)

Pick-Up / Delivery Location
Reception / Friends/Family/Neighbours / Kerbside / Ground floor /Main Entrance
⚠️ Driver only stops for 5 mins
⚠️Driver doesn't usually make a call. Please place a A4 size note on the main entrance so the driver knows you are expecting him/her, and how to reach you if there is a problem.
Insurance
We can only cover the safety of the whole box not the content.
With extra insurance (£5.00 /item) - to cover Max. £200.00 / box
Without extra insurance - to cover Max. £30.00 / box
* The goods value is base on what you declared on the packing list.
Documents Required
1. Copy of importer's passport
2. Packing List & Invoice (a template will be provided)
3. A copy of flight ticket to Thailand
Change of mind
No problem, there is no administration fee, just notify us by 12PM a working day before the requested day.
To change the booking:
Before 12pm a working day before the pick-up day - full refund
After 12pm a working day before the pick-up day -no refund
In the unfortunately event, there may be delays due to an Event Outside Our Control. We will notify you as soon as possible.
An Event Outside Our Control - e.g. strikes, traffic jam, vehicle break-down, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
Other Charges
False Information provided - £15.00 (if you provide the wrong information e.g. address, mobile...etc)
Extra Collection - £15.00 /trip (if it's caused by the customer, e.g. not ready, package not fully sealed, not placed at the required location...etc)
No label or reference number on the package - £15.00 /box

Prohibited Items for Air Transport
*Includes but is not limited to the following:
🚫Liquids/Flammables: Perfumes/Diffusers/Body Wash/Alcohol/Wall Paint/Matches...etc.
🚫Compressed Items: Aerosol/Sparkling Drinks/Lighters/Self-Defence Sprays / Compressed Gas...etc.
🚫Explosives: Weapons/Ammunition/Fireworks/Firecrackers/Flames...etc.
🚫Plants and Animals: Live Plants and Animals/Ivory/Shark Fins...etc.
🚫Corrosive Substances: Strong Acids / Strong Alkalis / Mercury / Batteries /Power Bank...etc.
🚫Narcotics and Drugs: illegal narcotics / opium /morphine / marijuana...etc.
🚫Toxic and Radioactive Substances: Pesticides / Insecticides / Radioactive Waste...etc.
⚠️Electrical devices containing batteries are permitted for transport ! however:
- The battery must be attached and inside the device (no portable battery or loose battery);
- The device must be powered off;
- The battery in the device must not be damaged or defective;
- The battery level indicator on the device must not exceed 25%;
- The device containing the battery must be securely packaged to prevent movement within the package and to prevent contact with other devices or accidental activation.
⚠️To avoid returns and hefty fines if prohibited items are discovered at the airport, we will open and inspect all air shipments before export.
If prohibited items are found. we will:
Step 1) Remove the prohibited items and take photos for you;
Step 2) Collect a fine of £50.00 /box and inform Snowl how to deal with the prohibited items: discard / ship by sea (extra cost) / send to a UK address (extra cost);
Step 3) After receiving the fine, we will reseal the box and export to the destination country.
*If the penalty is not paid within 5 days of notification, a storage fee of £2.00 per box per day will be charged. If the fine is not paid after 10 days, the goods will be returned to the shipping point and no refund will be given.
