No problem, there is no administration fee, just notify us by 12PM a working day before the delivery day.
Before 12pm a working day before the delivery day - full refund
After 12pm a working day before the delivery day - full refund minus £15.00 handling fee

After the package is received - full refund after we receive package in our warehouse. The cost of returning the package is payable and to be arranged by the customer.
